Two shots for you today.

Firstly eleven month old Rocco (really cool name!) thought it would be a great idea to have a portrait taken with his mummy, so he came along with his granny for a portrait shoot. Next we have Louise who wanted me to capture a very special time of her life. Louise’s other children, Tyler and Honey Mae can’t wait for the arrival of their new family member!

Pregnancy Photography, Hertfordshire

I’ve always loved doing pregnancy shoots – especially when you get someone with such a well-defined bump. Today I had the pleasure of photographing the lovely Caroline who had a fantastic looking bump. She brought along her husband and her 3 year old daughter Edie to keep her company, and I couldn’t resist photographing mum and Edie together. At the end of the shoot, I thought it would be great to get a couple of shots of Edie by herself – and what a beautiful little girl she is.

Spent this morning doing a pregnancy portrait sitting. Leah and her partner came up from London for the shoot. As you can see from the above photo, Leah looks absolutely fabulous with her gorgeous bump.

Well, I’ve come to the end of a very busy week – and I’m exhausted!

Yesterday, I did a great pregnancy shoot. Amy is a past client of mine and she asked me to capture a very special moment in her life. I am really pleased with the shots we produced together. Here are a couple of the setups we did. I think she looks absolutely stunning. I’m keeping the other shots under wraps – as I want to use them for some up-coming awards. More about those in the weeks to come…

Pregnancy and Baby Portraits, Hertfordshire

One of the great things about my job is that I’m here to record important milestones in peoples lives. This week has been no exception.

The first photograph above shows Katie and her partner Dwayne. I’ve known Katie and her family for many years now. Indeed, the first portrait I took of her was in my amateur photography days when Katie was only 4 years old. 15 years later, she’s all grown up and counting down the days when she’s going to become a mum. This photograph was taken to celebrate that. Her baby is due very soon and their next sitting is booked for a few weeks time to photograph the new addition to their family.

The second photograph shows the beautiful Alexa. Alexa’s mum and dad – Mark and Clare have previously visited me when I photographed their first child Sebastien. It was great to see them again and here’s one of the photographs taken at the sitting.
